Kensington Palace made the announcement this morning, confirming the pair will also visit Fiji, Tonga, and New Zealand on their South Pacific trip. Both Meghan Markle and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall wore hats by the Irish designer. Since their wedding last month, Meghan has already had to make a few public appearances with the early celebration of Prince Charles' birthday, as well as the annual Trooping the Color event which marks the commemoration of the sovereign's birthday. The event celebrates Queen Elizabeth II's official birthday.
The ceremony culminates with a magnificent balcony appearance by the Royal Family.
As part of the day's pomp, almost 1,000 soldiers march to Horse Guards Parade and the Royal Air Force performs a flyover (which the royals famously watch each year from the balcony at Buckingham Palace).
Per the United Kingdom tabloid The Sun, royal "fashion tradition usually dictates that Royal women do not wear off-shoulder or other more revealing styles".
The display closes with a grand Royal Air Force fly-by.
Kate - in a $68 Zara sundress and summer wedges - sat on the ground to watch her husband play, plonked Charlotte on her lap and broke into a run down a small hill. Of course, Meghan also chose a pretty bateau neckline for her iconic Givenchy wedding gown, so it's clearly a silhouette she loves.
"They will be most welcome", Peter FitzSimons on Monday.
Prince Philip was not in attendance, and neither was William and Kate's newborn son, Prince Philip. "She really wants his views", the source said.
