The much-awaited Google's hardware event is finally here. So here's everything we know about the Pixel 3, Pixel 3 XL and some other expected products that could be announced later today. We recently reported that Google has been asking YouTubers to send clips of them criticizing the notch.
The two pictures confirm our biggest fear that the Pixel 3 XL will indeed have a sizeable chin and visible bezels, in addition to a notch that will house the two selfie cameras. The report does not that Apple's iPhone XS MAX is better in low-light, however, though the jury's still out on that - the Pixel 3 XL will 100% not be running final software, as its a pre-release phone.
That rear camera is 12.2MP and the two front-facing ones are 8.1MP each, according to yet another Russian leak.
The event is scheduled to kickstart at 8am PT, 11am ET, and 4pm BST.
The latest shows the forthcoming Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL handsets in their entire glory. Last week, a report suggested that the third-generation Chromecast is already available in the United States at BestBuy, consumer electronics retailer stores, even before it has been announced. On the back, you'll get a single-lens camera as well as a fingerprint sensor.
The video, allegedly of Pixel 3 XL, shows USB-C charging and included earbuds that look a lot like last year's Pixel Bud earphones. We'll only know tomorrow. FCC filings were leaked earlier, and it looks like a pretty solid product that will demand a greater share of the Amazon-dominated smart speaker segment. The base variant should come with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage.
Speaking of colours, a separate leak, posted on GSM Arena, claims that Google will continue its slightly wacky naming convention. The new wireless pad is said to come with the 2A/9V rating similar to Samsung's take on wireless charging.
