Lara Kollab, 27, of Westlake, was a supervised resident at Cleveland Clinic from July until September 2018.
On Wednesday, the Cleveland Clinic acknowledged in a statement that it had disciplined a resident, but did not refer to Kollab by name.
Kollab had social-media accounts on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, but they have all been deactivated.
'Yi5rib beethom el yahood (translated: Destroy the homes of the Jews) #iSaythatalot, ' she also wrote in one of the posts that span over the course of six years.
"In now way do these beliefs reflect those of our organisation", the statement concludes.
Since being fired, Kollab has deleted her social media accounts, although copies of her tweets have been preserved by various organisations.
The State Medical Board of OH says Kollab has been working with a training certificate issued in July 2018.
Kollab's social media posts were dredged up by Canary Mission, a website dedicated to exposing anti-Semitism, which is mainly focused on students and recent graduates, and is motivated by a "desire to combat the rise in anti-Semitism in college campuses".
The Cleveland Clinic confirmed on Monday that a resident who posted anti-Semitic messages online is no longer employed by the prestigious medical center. "We fully embrace diversity, inclusion and a culture of safety and respect across our entire health system", the Cleveland Clinic said in a statement posted online. After discovering the posts, the hospital said it had conducted an internal review and placed her under administrative leave.

Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in New York City where Kollab graduated past year was mortified by Kollab's twisted views.
"Touro College is appalled by the anti-Semitic comments reportedly made by Lara Kollab, a graduate of the Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine".
A BDS supporter, Kollab has also defended the Hamas terror group and said that "jewish settlers in palestine are the descendants of the nazis".
"It is the mission of the State Medical Board of OH to protect the health and safety of all Ohioans".
